Good stuff. They have peanuts free to begin with. Jalapeño infused bacon is pretty darn good. Had it on a cheese burger, tasty. The burger itself is was very good. Nice size patty with all the fixing. Onion rings and corn nuggets were good. Root beer was really good. But the jalapeño ketchup stole the show for me. It is pretty spicy and ketchup and just really good. Recommend.
This is probably the best restaurant in Granbury. I had the bbq bacon burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries had some sort of seasoning on them that was delicious. Plus, everything came out fairly quickly to our table. To top it off, prices are reasonable.
The burgers, onion rings and frozen margaritas are great but what really made our first visit to Grumps stand out was our warm and friendly welcome and kind-hearted attentiveness by the cashier, Nathan. There are plenty of burger spots in town but what makes a place extra special is when you truly feel cared for. Nathan made our first visit to Grumps a truly lovely experience. Thank you! Will be back for the large frozen margarita next time! :)
This burger is in my top 5 I've had ever. Was the perfect cafe burger with large patty, thick slice of jalapeno cured bacon, grilled onions and all the fixings. Got the loaded fries as well, really spicy but delicious. If you are looking for that great burger, this is the place! Oh and the frozen margrita goes perfect with it
The burger was well prepared and flavorful. My only suggestion would be a slightly thinner patty, which would allow for a more even cook and better flavor development throughout the meat while maintaining a balanced texture.
Great place! Great staff! And amazing food! And the prices are better than even the most popular fast food joints! Never going through a fast food drive thru again. This truly is a unique and amazing place!

This place is phenomenal. Very friendly staff. The cheeseburger was excellent. Crispy fries. They have this jalapeno ketchup that is a must try for the fries! Perfect environment for an ice cold schooner. Will certainly be back and highly recommend!
These were delicious burgers, onion rings and corn nuggets. Burgers were well cooked, dressed and seasoned. Onion rings and corn nuggets were cooked to perfection. Front room was full of smoked and was super hot, based on guy on the roof these was a mechanical issue. But the second room was rocking AC. Only issue was the crack em and eat em peanuts.... I did not see a single sign on the door indicating this was a thing here and we had already ordered and sat before I realised the folly and danger. The door might have a sign but due to the smoke issue it was propped open... so I might have missed. But at least I did not die... right?
We stopped by Grumps Burgers and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My son ordered the BBQ bacon burger and immediately declared it “the best burger he’s ever had”—and he does not hand out compliments lightly. I had a burger without the bun and it was still incredibly juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We shared the fried pickles and onion rings, which were crispy, hot, and clearly made right. The real surprise was the sauces—the jalapeño ketchup was AMAZING, and the ranch was just as good. You can tell they pay attention to the little details here. Great food, great flavors, and a place we’ll definitely be back to next time we’re in Granbury. 🍔🔥
